Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will issue your refund or ship your exchange once the inspection is complete.
